In order to enforce our team we’re seeking a Compensation & Benefit Specialist to help us design and manager our compensation, welfare and benefits offer to the group's employees.
Objectives of this Role
Reporting to the Head of HR Administration & Industrial Relations you will be responsible to design, implement and manager reward and welfare programs in line with our business strategy and our retention and talent policies.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Manage and assist with compensation-related projects. Identify, suggest and implement ongoing process improvements.
Evaluates positions for grade placement based on the content of the job and various salary survey sources ensuring that all relevant factors have been addressed.
Compare jobs internally for internal equity. Compiles, analyzes and interprets data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness;
Be a key contributor to the execution of philosophy, strategy, plan design, policies and processes related to the company’s job architecture, compensation (salary, short-term and long-term incentives) and benefits programs.
Prepare cost analysis of employee health and welfare benefits including calculating annual benefit premiums, employee contributions, and benefit budget by plan and location;
Support and execute the annual compensation planning process for salary increases and bonuses, working closely with HR Business Partners to deliver a high-quality process;
Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Business leaders to provide expert counsel and address compensation and benefits answers;
Apply knowledge in quantitative analysis for measurement and tracking of key compensation and benefits-related metrics to help inform, influence, support, and execute HR Management level decision-making.
Participate in other HR related projects as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
A maximum of 3-5 years of experience in role in leading technological or services companies;
Strong Compensation and Benefits experience preferably in trade and metalworker contract.
Knowledge of job evaluation frameworks; Experience on job evaluation methodology : Willis Tower Watson (GGS) preferred;
Good analytical skills and experience with quantitative data collection;
Proven ability to communicate effectively and develop positive working relationships with both internal and external vendors and customers;
Familiar with working in a large organisation as working cross-functionally / departmentally and fast changing environments;
Excellent time management and prioritization skills;
Proficient in use latest generation digital collaboration tools;
Entrepreneur sensibility, learning agility and natural curiosity to the innovations;
We’re looking for a a high degree of work ethic and professionalism, leading by example;
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economics or Engeneering
Italian mother tongue and English proficient knowledge (C1);
