Your Responsibilities :
FMM implements BU strategy and guidelines locally, and plans and executes all local and / or vertical marketing campaigns and activities according to BU marketing plan in order to support the development of the local business in Visual & Pro AV product categories in Italy.
Ensures adherence to given guidelines and processes for the work procedures assigned.
Plans local and / or vertical resources and marketing budgets, monitors and reports expenditures accordingly.
Drives European marketing campaigns locally (advertising, tele-marketing, direct marketing,...).
Localizes centrally provided marketing material, websites, newsletters, press releases, collateral, price lists.
Selects appropriate local communication media and develop local advertisements.
Plans, drives and organizes local leads (events, direct marketing campaigns), and ensures leads are qualified.
Qualifies, selects and leads cooperation with creative or event agencies for local campaigns.
Monitors lead follow-ups by sales team, within agreed SLA and notify Sales Manager of breaches.
What we are looking for :
Relevant University Degree or equivalent practical and vocational knowledge and experience
2 to 8 years of relevant experience in the field (preferably in Visual / ProAV)
Strong command of the English language
Proficient understanding and know how in processes, technologies, products or other relevant field of expertise e.g.
Effective utilization of recognized planning, analytical or conceptual principles and techniques
Understanding and applying principles of effective project management
The ability to apply technical data knowledge to provide sound analyses in order to drive results significantly and support respective management decision
Knowledge of CRM tools and content management tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail, innovative, driven and flexible
