Geox is looking for a Showroom Assistant for the UK branch.
The main purpose of the role is to guarantee the perfect execution of the Showroom activities aligned with company strategy and guidelines, in order to contribute to increase the brand awareness and to foster the achievement of sales target.
Main responsibilities and tasks are :
Supervise the Showroom and organize general office tasks, such as schedule clients appointments, process documents of any kind, conduct showroom daily operations;
Support and assist the clients during sales campaigns;
Supply assistance to the Country Manager and the Wholesale Manager for every other useful appearance, cooperating with the other business functions involved in the problem, respecting the procedures and the business policy;
Work in close cooperation with the Customer Service Department to promote a correct information exchange and ease any problem for a better service to the clients;
Manage general secretariat activities, supporting Administrative depart. updating files and information;
Support the management of UK branch regarding personnel travel expenses.
