Position Purpose

Deliveroo is an award-winning delivery service founded in 2013 by William Shu and Greg Orlowski. Deliveroo works with over 80,000 best-

loved restaurants and takeaways, as well as 60,000 riders to provide the best food delivery experience in the world. Deliveroo is headquartered in London, with over 2,500 employees in offices around the globe.

Deliveroo operates in over 500 towns and cities across 13 markets, including Australia, Belgium, France, Hong Kong, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and the United Kingdom.

We’re looking for talented people to join our Rider Support Team and help to keep our hard-working riders happy and motivated.

The Rider Support Team is the riders’ primary point of contact for any questions they may have. We are in charge of providing 360 degree assistance to queries, and guarantee the best possible riding experience with Deliveroo.

Responsibilities

  • Answering rider e-mail correspondence
  • Keeping riders satisfied by providing excellent customer service
  • Assisting the rider payments team with administration and data entry
  • Helping the team to evolve and develop tools to improve our processes
  • A whole host of other ad hoc tasks!
  • Requirements

  • Be a clear and confident communicator by e-mail
  • The ability to employ the appropriate tone in any situation
  • A good level of IT competence
  • Proficiency in English
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn
  • Has a real get up and go attitude
  • Background in administration field is considered a plus
