ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
Design hydraulic systems and components for Driveline applications : Design models and perform performances evaluation on virtual environment (Amesim) Design or support codesign of hydraulic components (Manifolds, EH valves, ) Design product cards to engage suppliers for systems and components Define and follow up Design Validation Plan on components and systems Support Integration test activities for systems and components on final driveline
Create models and drawings on Pro-E for hydraulic / mechanical parts and component assemblies. Responsible to deliver 3D models and drawings, taking into account CNHI design guidelines and international standards Follow CNHI process for drawing releases, ECO / ECR release
Support new programs for new or improved Hydraulic systems in Driveline perimeter
Be accountable for CPM (Current Product Management) maintenance of hydraulic and mechanical components under DL EH responsibility, as well as to support Design Reviews.
Responsible to validate Mech. / Hydraulic concept layout by FMEA and simulation.
Accountable to investigate new hydraulic component technologies, as well as Electro / Hydraulic state of the art solutions.
Interface with DL Electronic team for integrated mechatronic solutions and El. Hydraulic controls.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS :
Mechanical / Hydraulic Engineering Degree or equivalent, with prevalence on Hydraulics
Experience on CAD system (Pro-e / Creo preferred)
Some Experience in hydraulic design for Agriculture vehicles or Automotive / Construction vehicles.
Knowledge on hydraulic systems and components.
Knowledge of Matlab Simulink
Available to short travel abroad
Knowledge on Electro / Hydraulic control devices and related control designs characteristics.
3-5 years of experience on integration issues for hydraulic sensors / actuators with electronic control units
Basics on Model Based Design.
