Drees & Sommer is one of Europe’s leading project and construction management companies. For our team in Italy we are looking for a Project Manager.
The Office is located in Milan.
Create the project strategy and an implementation plan
Direct and control time, cost and quality management of construction projects
Be responsible for project delivery
Supervise the activities of all contractors on site, obtain appropriate documentation
Acquire projects and support the Italian branch development in close cooperation with the management and the opportunity to bring in your own ideas
A degree in architectural, engineering, quantity surveying, property development or similar
Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in Italy with project & construction management background
You are optimally acquainted with the local market, mentality and conditions
Analytical thinking and a talent for organization
High level of commitment, strong persuasive and leadership skills
Willingness to find the best solutions for your projects
Pleasure to work with others
Written and verbal Italian and English, German is a plus
Willingness to travel throughout the country
