We are looking for a talented Biddable Media Manager to join our Digital Marketing team : an innovative team of digital professionals, managing Pirelli websites, digital media campaigns, e-commerce projects, analytics and measurement.

You will work specifically within the innovation and acquisition team.

This is a challenging opportunity to work in the HQ of a successful international company in a phase of focus on digital transformation.

Main Responsibilities :

You will be responsible for :

  • Creating and managing independently Pirelli Social Media and SEA campaigns in different countries,
  • working with all the objectives throughout the full marketing funnel : awareness, consideration, conversion;
  • Responding to briefs, collaborating with cross media teams and managing the allocation of the social and SEA media budget;
  • Ensure campaigns are built and activated on time, aligned with wider media plans and flighting, optimized to achieve KPIs and business objectives;
  • Carry out keyword research and SEA ads, ensuring compliance and approval in close collaboration with our SEO agency;
  • Conduct audience research and activation against identified segments, manage A / B testing;
  • Build out or reconfigure account structures to drive optimal performance;
  • Stay up to date on the latest products, trends, and ADV platforms.
  • Educational & Background Requirements :

  • At least 2 years of first-hand experience in media or social media agencies, working on Search and social advertising platforms;
  • Independent management and excellent knowledge of PPC tools (FB Business Manager, Google Ads);
  • Capability to manage campaigns to respond to both awareness and conversion objectives, with strong experience with performance campaigns;
  • Proficiency in Italian and English is mandatory;
  • Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint with the ability to produce effective presentation materials;
  • Analytical mind and data driven approach;
  • Very good communication skills and positive attitude.
