Position Description

The Business Administrator and Analyst reports hierarchically to Sales Service & Rental Admin. Manager and functionally to the Business Control and Processes Manager.

He / She will support :

  • Sales admin activities while respecting and securing financial procedures
  • The analysis and follow up of the business performances, company costs and main KPIs. He / she will also cooperate to the planning, forecasting and reporting processes
  • The position requires active co-operation with the sales force and with both the accounting department and the rest of the Finance team, other than support for Internal Audit issues, Business Cases and other topics.

    Main activities / Key Responsibilities

    Business control :

  • To ensure timeless and quality of both Budgeting & Forecasting processes and Management reporting
  • To analyze and follow up the performances of all the business lines (new machines, used machines, rental, spare parts and workshops)
  • To support the definition and / or the review of the business processes and procedures by working in close collaboration with all the company’s departments, contributing to identify the required changes if needed
  • To analyze company’s expenses, verifying also the correct allocation in the proper cost centers
  • To support the implementation of the branches reporting
  • Sales admin :

  • To support the sales workforce with back office activities
  • To manage sales contracts for new and used machines for both end customers and sub dealers
  • To manage sales analysis, purchase orders in MOM for machines and attachments, purchase orders for local attachments and spare parts
  • To organize outbound logistic and to prepare documents for transport
  • To maintain electronic archives
  • To manage order entry in IDMS and Leasing orders verification, if any
  • To manage request for machine preparation
  • To issue Sales invoices
  • To handle machine’s technical documentation
  • Job purpose :

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics or equivalent school preparation
  • Good knowledge of both Accounting & Business Control
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Good communication and organizational skills combined with problem solving capability
  • High level of integrity, reliability and accuracy
  • Proactivity and dynamism
  • Ability to build relationships and teamwork
