We are looking for a Junior HR administration.
The successful applicant will work with a wide variety of people across EMEA.
Junior HR Administration
Data entry, maintenance, and management of the data being entered in
Proactively assist with the tracking and receipt of employee paperwork and ensure that the system is updated
Be the point person for all system queries across the EMEA ODHR team and escalate system issues to the provider / US team where
HR Background check Administration
Be the point person for the background check process for Italy, France and Dubai. Liaising both with the provider, EMEA HR team and
Support the HR team with filing, organizing and maintaining electronic documents and personnel
Assist with various research and / or special projects and any other ad hoc duties as
Background, qualifications and personal competencies
Fluency in written and spoken business English.
Experience of HR Administration.
Experience working with HR information systems would be beneficial, particularly Oracle.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail with an understanding of the importance of accurate HR data.
High degree of professionalism when interfacing with colleagues and clients
Ability to take initiative, exercise judgment with minimal supervision
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Strong computer skills and IT literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential
Experience in a fast-paced professional services firm environment preferred but not essential
