Given our success in Italy we are now looking to expand the team in Milano with a motivated and high performing technical consultant.
You will be joining a professional and passionate team.
Responsibility for the overall Customer Success
Supporting existing partners
Implementation, deployment, end-user training, license and contract import
Cooperating with customer’s technical resources in software implementation
Acting as the technical contact person for customer’s Snow solution
Staying current on product developments and releases
Performing Proof-of-Concept and Proof-of-Value projects at potential clients
Public speaking in Marketing events, for example user conferences, trade shows, webinars etc.
Staying current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between Snow and its competitors
Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security, etc.
You have finished your university degree (i.e. in computer science) or a comparable professional training
Minimum 3 year’s successful experience in a relevant role and organization
Skilled on MS SQL and PShell and bash scripting
Base knowledge of Linux, Unix and Apple
High customer orientation matched with a hands-on mentality
Excellent presentation and communication skills in Italian and English
Willingness to travel
You live in or close to Milano, this is a role where close cooperation with colleagues is required, hence there will not be a remote office setup for this role
