Your Responsibilities :
The secondary maintenance (aseptic, Packaging & WH) has the function of maintaining the plant / systems of the plant. Driven by continuous improvement, we deliver robust assets and ensure that existing assets fit into a safety, quality and GSK Values environment.
Two intern are needed to carry out the study of operation, reliability and remote control of the HVAC systems of the B22, B42 and B52 in a short time that includes the transfer and training to the internal maintenance personnel of the GSK.
Project description : main purpose, activities and expected results.
The activities that will be specifically attributed to the interns are :
Support to the study of the operation and management of HVAC systems for training aimed at the technical maintenance personnel of the Aseptic Operations and Packaging & Warehouse departments.
The goal of the project is that at the end of this course the technicians have the necessary knowledge to intervene and manage the plants.
The course will be divided into 3 phases, as described below. Each phase will end with a quiz test.
In Phase 1 the operation of HVAC systems will be explained, how to interpret a P & ID of an HVAC and the related physical quantities.
In Phase 2, the significance of the parameters and of the important physical quantities to be known for the management of HVAC systems (flow, pressure, differential pressures of the rooms, flow temperature, room temperature, relative humidity and / or absolute humidity) will be analyzed.
In Phase 3, the functioning of the automation systems that manage HVAC systems will be illustrated.
