Role overview

Vodafone Internship Program is a development path dedicated to both Bachelor and Master’s students, which allows you to spend 6 months of as an active member in one of our teams.

After this experience, you will be able to relay complex information in a simple, clear and concise way to senior management.

You will gain independence in performing the tasks assigned, setting priorities and achieving your goals. It includes also the opportunity to work on a project that could be the topic of your final dissertation.

The Internship Program may be just the first step of you career in Vodafone. In fact, it will allow you to be part of the selection process for our Discover Program.

Role Purpose : The candidate will be included into the HR Department (Corporate Functions Direction) where will support Human Resources management implementing the processes defined by the Center of Expertise.

The candidate will be able to have a 360-degree view of HR processes to get a general overview

Key accountabilities and decision ownership :

  • Supporting internal and external recruiting activities and reskilling projects of internal company staff
  • Supporting the implementation of Organizational processes and constant monitoring of the compliance with the assigned budget
  • Supporting in defining talent and performance evaluation processes
  • Management of administrative
  • obligations within the agreed deadlines

    Skills

    Core competencies, knowledge and experience :

  • Knowledge of the Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Outlook). Excel and PowerPoint in particular
  • Must have technical / professional qualifications :

  • Economic’s Degree and / or Human Resources Specializations
  • Fluently in English
  • Proactivity, propensity to work in a team as well as independently, ability to adapt to different situations
