Your Role:

• Reporting to the Head of Marketing you'll be responsible for ProntoPro's digital advertising investments and in charge of our performance marketing KPIs growth
• You will be leading and mentoring a team of 3 people, being responsible for their growth and development
• You will be directly managing Google Ads for Italy, our biggest market.
• You will liaise between consumer driven activities and strategies to acquire more service providers, coordinating the team across different countries and channels  (Google, Microsoft, Facebook, DEM, Display, TikTok...)
• You will collaborate with different stakeholders in Product & Tech in order to improve the quality of what we do and drive our effort to improve our Martech investment effectiveness
• You will actively follow market trends and identify potential growth opportunities
• You will help define the overall Acquisition strategy

You:
 

• You have at least 5 years experience in Performance Marketing channels, reaching successful results through paid campaigns with hands on experience
• You have managed >500K€ budget per year on Google Ads and other performance marketing channels (Facebook, Display, Programmatic, Remarketing) 
• You are able to mix up complex and effective analysis with business acumen in order to drive performances and growth
• You have a high analytical mindset and are used to work across large data sets
• You work or have worked in the past with GTM / CommandersAct or other Tag Management systems
• You are itching for real responsibility - to be in a position where you can really make or break the company
• You figure things out. You do not expect nor need hand-holding
• You speak English, Italian is a plus
