Reporting to the Marketing Manager, is in charge of operational product marketing activities based on agreed marketing plans.
In charge of specifically identified projects for which he / she will be fully accountable. Supports the Marketing Manager with the development and execution of product marketing plans within the commercial strategy established by the managements in order to achieve sales and commercial objectives.
Seeks new business approaches and opportunities utilizing the best operational plans, services and tools to maximize sales and product performances.
Fundamental part of the role is the willingness to look into processes, procedures, tracking systems etc. with the purpose of fully own them and ideally to improve them.
Interaction with the Marketing, Commercial and Professional service departments in Italy and continuous contact with European Product managers for actions, forecast control, analysis of actions, ROI, design of campaigns for key products.
Outside contact with vendors, customers and suppliers.
Contributes to develop and implements the local product marketing plans according to the market needs in order to ensure sales, profit and market share are achieve, constantly monitoring reports on results, finding best ways to convey data to senior management.
Implements effective actions for products and clients with the aim to reach the established commercial objectives, to increase our products competitive advantages and to satisfy customer’s needs.
Supports the development, implementation and tracking of the promotional materials, events and campaign in line with the agreed marketing strategy.
Supports the Marketing team in organizing quarterly sales meetings, ensuring these messages are duly communicated to the sales force and key accounts managers in the most effective way.
Work with KAM, product managers and professional service to promote and develop CooperVision’s products and services.
Develops campaigns to promote sales of the different products within the assigned product category. Measures the impact of the product marketing actions and recommends changes for future campaigns and marketing actions to exceed sales and market shares.
Participate to the monthly sales forecast process and recommend sales per products based on trends and organize planning to meet the European monthly deadlines.
Supports the professional service team on organizing internal and external trainings about products and features.
Develops samples forecast and control.
Manages, negotiates, proposes new promotional material by product / category.
Contributes to design and precisely tracks A&P budget, and market direct marketing expenses.
Fully coordinates and manages PRCOs in Agile (manage internal process to launch new product and private labels with CooperVision software Agile).
National congresses & customers’ events organization and or participation.
Ensure that all activities are in compliance with the medical device industry legal rules.
Participates to the implementation and update of the local website under the responsibility of the Marketing Manager.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Solid marketing skills in both B2B and B2C, with experience in managing a full array of marketing tools such as promotions.
Also comfortable in marketing highly technical products.
Experience in digital marketing.
Strong organizational and time management skills are critical must adhere to deadlines, multi-task and be able to prioritize.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multifunctional teams and with a strong project management background.
Ability to learn quickly and manage workload in a cooperative and demanding environment.

Required : University degree Economics, Statistics, Marketing or Business Administration.
Preferred a Master in marketing specialization.
3 to 5 years of experience in a department of marketing with similar responsibilities.
Experience working in multinational and complex environments.
