Your field of responsibility
In this role you’ll be required to learn, understand, and cover all aspects of FLDS mandate as key support to WM management in identifying, assessing, reporting, and addressing risks for the location;
in addition, you will support the FLDS Head in maintaining team agenda and Book of Work ensuring coordination with project initiatives activate by the Bank.
Your future colleagues
You will join a dynamic team composed by 5 people with different background and expertise. Each colleague will have interactions with Front and support functions.

Your skills and experience
At least 3 years of experience in a similar function in the financial industry or in business consulting (with strong financial industry exposure)
General understanding of banking processes and related non-financial risks
General understanding of Bank supervisory regulation and Enterprise Risk and Control Framework concept
High degree of flexibility in approaching change initiatives driving process analysis by a Risk & Control perspective (supporting design of sustainable, effective, and efficient controls)
High degree of efficiency, flexibility and autonomy in learning new processes and regulations
Good stakeholder management with the ability to coordinate basic time-plans with local and group stakeholders
Ability to work under pressure and cope with multiple deadlines
Strong can-do attitude and a structured solution-oriented approach
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including (i) capacity to perform ad-hoc data elaboration and analysis and (ii) define managerial presentation from scratch
High proficiency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
