What is the role?
Amazon Pay is seeking a consumer marketing rock-star to join our Global Marketing Team. This role will be located in the EU office and reports to the Global Head of Consumer Marketing in the US.
They will be responsible for ideation and prioritization of new campaigns, internal and external channel development, and for managing consumer marketing programs for Amazon Pay in Europe.
This role will help make Amazon Pay the preferred payment option among Amazon customers who purchase offsite and will help us achieve our aggressive new consumer goal in EU.
We are seeking an experienced consumer marketer (m / f / d) to ideate and execute on the marketing strategy and to develop, prioritize and optimize marketing programs and campaigns in the EU that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
The EU Consumer Marketing Manager will work closely with other marketing team members to prioritize, optimize and execute the marketing strategy and launch new programs to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention for Amazon Pay.
The EU Consumer Marketing Manager will develop plans, execute, optimize and evaluate marketing performance across multiple channels, countries, customer segments and track to success metrics and goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumer digital marketing, marketing strategy development, campaign planning, testing, optimization, and measurement of experiments.
The candidate must be able to prioritize workload well and shift strategy with changing expectations in each country. If you are looking for an opportunity where you can create, own, execute, prioritize and measure success of new and exciting consumer marketing campaigns this is the role you want.

The candidate will ideally have experience with a rapidly growing business and be able to prioritize autonomously based on business critical issues.
