support the Chef de Rang in the operational management of the hall service, in compliance with thestandards, production procedures and HACCP standards in force

Ottima conoscenza dell'italiano e buona conoscenza di inglese e francese

Esperienza di almeno un anno maturata in hotel 4* / 5*, ristoranti gourmet, Relais & Châteaux

Completano il profilo capacità organizzative, comunicazione, orientamento al cliente e collaborazione

Excellent knowledge of Italian, good knowledge of English and French

at least one year of experience gained in 4* / 5* hotels, gourmet restaurants, Relais & Châteaux

Completes the profile : organizational skills, communication, customer orientation and collaboration
