Through this program you will

Actively take part in the design, development and execution of key projects

Be trained on specific technologies and their features, with the contribution of subject matter experts from the business and academic worlds

Attend sessions to strengthen your soft skills and start developing managerial competencies

Have the chance to step in the latest business initiatives that Coesia is undertaking

Gain a global view and understanding of how a complex, matrix organization operates.

This is you

You are either about to graduate, a fresh graduate, or you have max 18 months of work experience

You have a Master’s degree in Mechanical / Automation / Electrical Engineering or equivalent fields

You are eager to continuously learn and develop

You enjoy working with others, you are open-minded and creative

You are fluent in English.
