Main tasks
Carrying out technical activities in the short-medium period;
Development of the pre-processing stage including CAD modelling and cleaning-up
Mesh generation according to the numerical analysis specific requirements
Development of multi-physics FEM (Finite Element Method) analyses
Requirements :
MSc Degree in engineering science, preferably in mechanical or aerospace engineering;
Previous experience (2 / 3 years) in the field of application of FEM for the industrial sector;
Knowledge of ANSYS Mechanical (APDL and Workbench);
Knowledge of CAD tools (e.g. SOLIDWORKS, CREO, SpaceClaim) and pre-processing tools (e.g. ANSA, ANSYS Meshing)
Appreciated knowledge and experience in LS-DYNA, MSC MARC
Appreciated knowledge and experience in algorithms implementation through Python programming language, Matlab
Appreciated knowledge of composite materials and their modelling techniques
MS Office knowledge
Other Skills :

Good level of English and Italian, both spoken and written
Organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Italian and English as a minimum;
Flexibility and the ability to also multi-task in fast-paced working conditions;
Availability to travel for short period, mostly in Italy and Europe
