Your Responsibilities :
During the internship period the candidate will operate on these processes :
Customer relationships and workload management for multiple market / site pack launch and change controllers and other change request initiators
Regulatory and quality approvals for new pack creations and change requests are progressed.
Monitors and reports performance measures on own area of work.
Operational Excellence / Lean Sigma principles to deliver continuous improvement in performance and elimination of waste at an individual level and with other members of the team.
Basic qualifications :
Good standard of higher education;
Degree in Management Engineering, Economics or Modern Language.
Fluent English (C Level) and other foreign languages;
Problem solving ability / negotiating skills. Can deal with non-routine issues by adopting a flexible approach to solutions;
Able to understand and manage complexity both from a technical and a people / cultural perspective.
Able to work under demanding time pressures and constraints;
Team working skills;
High level PC skills;
Able to communicate effectively through a range of media, to various levels in the organisation;
