Main tasks and duties :
Facilitation of the Procurement Process :
Requisitions and bid waivers.
Preparation of tender documents and establishment of bidders list.
Lead and / or participate in tender evaluation and negotiations.
Recommend contract awards for approval.
Assure that material / services will be delivered on schedule, at negotiated price and meet required quality standards.
Work with TAP requestors / suppliers to manage supplier day-to-day problem resolution.
Establish and finalize contracts in cooperation with the Legal Department.
Invoice and PO handling.
Support all TAP AG when procuring goods and services by advising, providing guidelines and train when necessary.
Ensure all process standards documented in the company’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) are properly implemented and followed by all departments.
Guide and support when necessary.
Contract administration : Prepare contracts, Amendments, Variation / Change Orders, Claims, keep contract register and archive updated and close out contracts.
Contractor Performance Review (CPR) :
Responsible for the Contractor Performance Review (CPR) on all relevant contracts, once a year.
In cooperation with Company representatives conclude a recommendation based on the findings of the CPR, including any necessary mitigating actions, if any, for each contract.
University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering or other related discipline.
Demonstrated experience as a Procurement Specialist with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Procurement.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project company regarding Sales / Bid phase and Execution Phase including Maintenance and Services contracts (SLA).
Strong experience in creating, negotiating and managing contracts.
Strong experience in Strategic Sourcing & Procurement principles, policies, standards & procedures, including commercial and price analysis, negotiations, and Procurement law.
Strong experience in facilitating the development of business strategy and identifying risks and opportunities.
Experience in working for an international organisation and ability to cope with a multicultural environment.
Ability to collect facts, data, and statistical information in order to prepare, analyse, make recommendations, and present complete and accurate reports.
Ability to obtain and interpret market prices and trends and apply such interpretations to procurement processes.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on explaining procurement complexities to a non-procurement audience.
High level of confidentiality, integrity, ethics and professionalism.
Self-motivated with the ability to work both autonomously as well as part of a team.
Demonstrated ability to form professional relationships across all business areas.
Able to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining focus and composure.
Excellent Italian as well as English language skills.
Experience in SAP MM and proficient in IT / data applications including MS Office like Spreadsheets and word processing programs, etc.
