Here's how this role will help : She / he is responsible for marketing, communications, content management, external relations and ultimately the overall Global Strategy for her / his Global Key brand "GKB" in Respiratory including a cross functionally aligned 5 years investment strategy with the aim to fully leverage the potential of "GKBs" and the respective therapeutic area.

Supports her / his head of GKB Respiratory who is leading a multifunctional team of marketing, medical, clinical, market access, pricing, regulatory and manufacturing experts which aims to maximize the brand equity including portfolio and life cycle management.

He / she defines the potential of her / his "GKB" and aligns with Mylan affiliates / 3rd party partners on the commercialization of the brand including P&L.

all pre-launch activities and tools to drive in-market success and maximize brand value across all customer groups. He / She has P&L responsibility for her / his specific GKB".

  • Develops a comprehensive and cross functional aligned 5 years investment & multi-function strategy including all marketing, medical, R&D, market access, pricing, regulatory and manufacturing activities for her / his "GKB including lifecycle and portfolio management to successfully launch and maximize the market potential of her / his "GKB" in close cooperation with the Head of GKB Respiratory
  • Develops the GKB vision, strategy, positioning and strategic imperatives to achieve financial objectives, and aligns company resources in close cooperation with the Head of GKB Respiratory
  • Supports the Head of GKB Respiratory to lead and guide the Brand team members while clearly communicating the overall Global Brand Team strategy.
  • Leads development of commercial deliverables and aligns with the countries to maximize the sales potential. Reviews P&L of countries and assesses out-
  • licensing opportunities to maximize sales in close cooperation with the Global Key Brands leader. Prepares all pre-marketing and marketing activities to ensure a successful brand launch.

    Fully responsible for P&L of her / his "GKB"

  • Ensures that the input from key affiliates / regions is received t and incorporated in overall Global Key Brand strategy
  • Monitors the brand budgets and forecasts, and assesses the overall mix e.g. marketing / medical / R&D activities (post marketing studies) of assigned brand(s) to evaluate cost effectiveness and results in close cooperation with the head of GKB.
  • Oversees development / implementation of global pricing and marketing access strategies for major products through life cycle.
  • Supports the Head of the GKB Respiratory to make the right decisions

  • Oversees and coordinates the internal and external communication of the "GKB" related information for the organization in close cooperation the head of GKB
  • Identifies and develops synergies between global key brands / therapeutic area.

    Here are the minimum qualifications and essential functions for this position :

  • Master's degree or equivalent required
  • Doctorate degree or equivalent in Marketing / Medical preferred
  • Able to express him / herself spontaneously, very fluently and precisely, differentiating finer shades of meaning even in the most complex situations.
