The Online Flagship Stores Division’s main aim is to help brand partners anticipate customer needs and create a seamless luxury retail experience.

Its advanced omnichannel model NEXT ERA blurs the lines between online shopping, mobility and the boutique, providing unprecedented visibility and access to products across the world, transforming the shopping journey for customers, wherever they are and however they choose to shop.

In 2019 YOOX NET-A-PORTER officially opened its new state-of-the-art Innovation Space in Milan to support the Online Flagship Stores mono-brand offer, exploring the shopping experience of the future by combining mobile, visual recognition, augmented reality and customized technologies.

The Online Flagship Division are now seeking a talented Business Processes Intern to join the team. Some of the essentials for you to know are :

Location : our office in Zola Predosa

Department Size : 8 / 9 (Approx.)

Reporting into : Head of Client Management Online Flagship Stores

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing :

Open Return to vendor requests

Manage Inventory Reconciliation

Coordinate and verify flow steps and deadlines

Make sure the right flow between stakeholder is set and observed

Solve issues on items, files integrity, items discrepancies

Maintain contacts with couriers

Ensure the inbound issues were closed monthly

Control that rules and mandatory documents are respected

The type of person we are looking for :

University degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Marketing or related fields with outstanding performance

Ability to communicate effectively with other colleagues from the Core Business and from Technology

Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point

Language skills : Fluency in English is mandatory

Proactive attitude and work ethics

Passion for e-commerce and marked inclination for Internet and its communication channels.
