For the 2022 season, our marvelous resort, JW Marriott Venice Resort & Spa is seeking a passionate, bright and talented Guest Relations Agent to join our Front Office team.

Reporting to the Guest Relation Manager, you will responsible for delivering amazing customer service to our clients, acting as a point of contact, making sure the clients are satisfied with our services always working with passion, professionalism and accuracy respecting the standards of Front Office, the JW Marriott brand and the instructions received from the Guest Relation Manager


  • Degree / high school diploma
  • Good experience in the position, and in managing customers in a luxury environment
  • Accuracy and attention to the details
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and English languages, other languages are a plus
  • Passion for service and customer satisfaction, initiative, proactivity
  • this is a seasonal position for 2022 season
