Transfusion Sales Executive - Central Italy
Role & Responsabilities
Full responsibility for the defined sales quota of the Region including forecasting and target performance achievement within the region
Drive profitable growth by initiating, developing and / or delivering unique transfusion solutions that result in improved outcomes and benefits for both the customer and Abbott
Develop sales planning for own area of responsibility
Analyze sales, market and competitive data to develop sales strategy; impact of market trends and factors on customers
Support new product launches, evaluate market potential
Execute programs and campaigns for defined Transfusion customers
Monitor, measure and report progress against defined execution goals
Build sustainable customer relationships and leverage them to drive profitable new sales
Optimize Abbott systems utilization to maximize profitability and improve customer satisfaction
Support service team to maximize uptime by providing troubleshooting as appropriate
Success in this role is measured by economic profitability, sales quota, contract renewal rate, win rate of new customers, and customer satisfaction score (NPS)
Education & Background
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Preferred Transfusion & Infectious Diseases business knowledge (experienced and knowledge on product / competitive / regulatory environment / etc)
Italian Language on mother tongue level and fluent in English
Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
Advanced MS office knowledge
Project management skills
Strong leadership skills
Basic financial skills
Willingness to work in cross-functional teams
Collaborative enterprise thinking
Willing to adapt to and drive organizational change
