Transfusion Sales Executive - Central Italy

Role & Responsabilities

  • Full responsibility for the defined sales quota of the Region including forecasting and target performance achievement within the region
  • Drive profitable growth by initiating, developing and / or delivering unique transfusion solutions that result in improved outcomes and benefits for both the customer and Abbott
  • Develop sales planning for own area of responsibility
  • Analyze sales, market and competitive data to develop sales strategy; impact of market trends and factors on customers
  • Support new product launches, evaluate market potential
  • Execute programs and campaigns for defined Transfusion customers
  • Monitor, measure and report progress against defined execution goals
  • Build sustainable customer relationships and leverage them to drive profitable new sales
  • Optimize Abbott systems utilization to maximize profitability and improve customer satisfaction
  • Support service team to maximize uptime by providing troubleshooting as appropriate
  • Success in this role is measured by economic profitability, sales quota, contract renewal rate, win rate of new customers, and customer satisfaction score (NPS)
  • Education & Background

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Preferred Transfusion & Infectious Diseases business knowledge (experienced and knowledge on product / competitive / regulatory environment / etc)

  • Italian Language on mother tongue level and fluent in English
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Advanced MS office knowledge
  • Project management skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Basic financial skills
  • Willingness to work in cross-functional teams
  • Collaborative enterprise thinking
  • Willing to adapt to and drive organizational change
