We are looking for an innovative, results-oriented, customer-centric Head of International Sales who will join MailUp, Growens' biggest Business Unit.

About MailUp

Established in Cremona (Italy) as an email service provider vendor, it soon evolved to a top-quality multichannel cloud platform.

MailUp is now the leading solution in Italy, serving both SMEs and large companies with advanced features for creating, automating, sending, and monitoring email and mobile messaging campaigns.

Its current international presence spans from Europe to Latin America to Asia.

Your Impact

As Head of International Sales , you will report directly to the MailUp Sales & Operations Director. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring commercial development at the international level by driving an internal sales team, scouting and acquiring new partners around the World, in order to expand the client portfolio and ensure a win-win situation.

Some examples of your responsibilities :

  • Manage a team that owns and exceeds annual sales targets
  • Manage a customer pipeline, revenue growth targets, and go-to-market strategies
  • Define and deliver an international sales strategy to scout and acquire new partners according to MailUp’s goals
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities, ensuring the fastest commercial development of each partner
  • Craft and articulate big, ambitious goals along with actionable plans to achieve results
  • Oversee the activities and commercial processes to guarantee customers the best service
  • Provide sales training and coaching to new partners so they are independently able to sell our product
  • Work with cross-functional teams to enable successful recruiting and onboarding of strategic partner relationships
  • Prepare and conduct business reviews to the Sales Director regarding progress and metrics, in order to control the ROI of each partner development project
  • Collaborate with Marketing, CVM and other internal teams to achieve both individual and company goals

  • Proficiency in English : you read, write, and speak proficiently in English
  • Preferred Qualifications & skills :

  • You have over 7 years of experience in a digital company (Saas preferred) with an international scope
  • You have excellent experience in people management and a strong ability to maintain excellent business relationships
  • You have an understanding of online marketplaces
  • You have experience in developing an international commercial network
  • You have advanced analysis & modelling skills
  • You have strong communications skills
  • Proficiency in both Italian and English
