Credimi has been entirely built upon strength, engagement and happiness of the team. With a view to tripling the size of such team over the next 2-3 years (about 200 hires), and making it the magnet for the most unique talents throughout Europe, we are searching a strong, energetic, and experienced People Leader.

Among the contributions we expect from the People Officer, there will be

  • helping us to put forward a clear vision for our hiring plan and for our talent attraction strategy
  • designing and executing appropriate growth and learning plans for all roles
  • designing and implementing procedures and processes for the HR area (recruiting, on-boarding, L&D, C&B...)
  • Implementing strategy, policies, procedures, rules and systems in order to attract, develop and keep human capital, ensuring compliance with the company's objectives, and also to increase effectiveness, profitability and well-being of the organization and its members
  • helping us to continue to fuel our values of cohesiveness and engagement, even through times of social distancing
  • daily managing of the "operations" underpinning people management.While Credimi will continue to be based in Milan, where we have recently doubled the size of our headquarters, we are however effectively been operating 100% remotely for 9 months, and envisage to make substantial use of remote working in the future, even when the pandemic will recede.
  • We will continue to focus on the italian market for the next 1-2 years, and will then roll-out across Europe.The People Officer will also be a key contributor to Credimi strategy, i.

  • Ability and enthusiasm to understand and energize people
  • Talent for detecting and understanding temperature and sentiment of the team
  • Ability to quickly understand business and competitive dynamics - and the resulting portolio of skills required for each role
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, mastering english language
  • Having successfully played a C-level or C-1 level people role for 3+ years in a fast-growing organization
  • Having managed at least 20 new hires in a single organization
  • Passion to embrace and manage daily details which are crucial in a start-up
