The candidate will lead the development, delivery and coordination of human resource activities and manage the implementation of human resource programs and initiatives across the international plants.
Develop policies and procedures, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance for headquarter and international plants;
Provide tools and guidelines to support and implement policies and procedures, international employment agreements, benefit summaries and compensation guidelines;
Oversee annual performance evaluations including the development of job descriptions, salary scales and salary / fringe benefit market surveys;
Manage employee relations issues for headquarter and international plants;
Lead development and execution of employee engagement and retention strategies, plans, and initiatives including the design and implementation of a training, mentoring and professional development and succession plans;
Manage the recruiting, selection process, and on-boarding processes collaborating with management to ensure the selection of the right candidates for all positions.
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a field relevant to Human Resources;
10+ years experience of progressive human resources / organization development in the industrial sector;
Solid working knowledge of best practices in all HR functions including international recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compensation, employee relations, learning and development, human resource information systems, including adherence to all state and federal employment laws (e.
g., OFCCP, AA, and ACA), project management;
Excellent knowledge English;
Avaiability to frequent travels around the world;
Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, complex, decentralized and geographically diverse organizational structure;
Strong strategic and problem solving skills.
