As Sales Manager, you will manage the sales day-to-day business, execute the strategy for growth in the local market. You are responsible for the operation of the local Sales / Marketing strategy / Contact assigned customers account and prospect to sell the organization’s products within a designated geographical territory.
You will deal with special market / complex products that require significant client relationship skil.
Drive Sales within the TV Broadcasting / Production market
Management of existing customer base in territory
Identify and develop new accounts with a view to growing the sales revenue outside the existing pipeline
Develop comprehensive knowledge of prospects including personnel and responsibilities, budgeting, internal politics, products and services, competition and market
Expand the current customer base in all market segments
Close high quality sales with prospects to meet sales targets
Communicate essential product and workflow knowledge to customers to facilitate sales
Conduct technical product demonstrations and workflow discussions
Take a consultant style approach to customers to help design and build more efficient and reliable workflows and create strong relationships
Create organized customer quotes and conceptual workflow drawings
Work to develop, contribute and implement business plans and strategies for assigned region
Attend trade shows, conventions, and workshops within the territory and international fairs
Appropriately use company resources required to support a sale with regard to operating expenses
Create regular meeting reports and sales forecast updates with detailed client information
Ensure that customers are highly satisfied with the solutions that are provided and ensure trainings are organized
Complete studies and quotations, making technical and sales presentations in collaboration with the Sales Manager and HQ teams
Ensure that sales figures meet the stated objectives defined by General Regional Manager
A Passionate Customer Focus intermediate level sales professional with good negotiation skills and a problem solving attitude that will help him / her strive to meet the challenging goals.
A minimun of 4 years experience of selling into Broadcast industry
Strong direct sales track records in selling complex technical solutions
Good balance between farming and hunting
Strong technical aptitude
Personal interest in technology and sports
Autonomous with high degree of flexibility
Ability to think outside of the box’.
Excellent communicator / negotiator with strong presentation skills
Willingness to travel within local market
Italian native speaker with a strong knowledge in English (Written and Spoken)
