    POSITION TITLE : Area sales mgr for VENETO AREALOCATION : ITALYDEPARTMENT : Diversey F&BBAND : B08 / S3 SUPERVISOR : District Sales Mgr

    MISSION :

    The primary objective of the role is to achieve the targets assigned in terms of turnover and profit, in line with the corporate objectives and directives

    RESPONSABILITIES :

  • Develop profitable growth across his territories / zone through sector team and general sales force
  • Drive profitable growth to the medium and little, medium and local customers
  • Follow the District acquisition strategies
  • Winning new business identifying prospects and management of the sales funnel
  • Actively develops value propositions and value offers
  • Leads the customers in his territory
  • Develop KBS on the market
  • Develop BASIC approach
  • Develop Value Proposition contracts with the Key Accounts
  • QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE :

  • Graduated (food technology or otherwise scientific degree)
  • With 3 / 4 years experience in the role of sales manager or account manager in national companies and / or structured multinational companies.
  • Previous experience in the BtoB sector is required
  • Previous experience in managing Commission Agents
  • Home address in Verona or Vicenza area
  • Knowledge of the main IT tools is required, good knowledge of English, strong interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, propensity to sales activities, result orientation, complexity management and team-work skills.
