Typical activities include :
Promoting and supporting the deployment of the local Quality and Operational Excellence (Q&OpEx) strategy to accelerate the rate of operational improvement, with resulting cost savings within the operation
Factory support for process evaluation
Auditing processes for compliance
Understanding and solving quality issues
Optimize complex value chain processes.
Create & Implement culture of proactive quality
In addition you will support the project teams in activities and documents related to quality system requirements (Quality Plan, certificates, etc.).
Training local teams in the standard quality improvement approach (e.g. L6Sigma) with the goal to develop organization capability to continuous improvements in business practices and performances.
Requirements : Requirements :
Master Degree in Mechanical , Management, Electrical Engineering;
English & Italian Fluent;
Good Experience in Operations or Quality or Lean activities;
Maximum 5 years of experience;
Good Problem Solving skills;
Quality Mindset & Integrity Attitude
Plus : six sigma certification)
