Company DescriptionOur client, a French multinational company, leader in the digital market, is looking for a : SALES ADMINISTRATOR OFFICERJob DescriptionWe are looking for a Sales Administration Officer to manage the entire sales administration cycle as well as some administrative tasks for the Sales Administration department.

The position is based in Milano, home office while the covid situation gets better, then access to a coworking space with the rest of the team.

Qualifications· Management and administrative coordination of orders from data entry to invoicing validation of orders in compliance with internal processes· Follow up on orders with the sales team and other internal departments concerned.

  • Customer invoicing : drafting, follow-up, processing· Claims and litigation management· Administration, follow-up and updating of client files, monitoring of customer payments· Follow-up of deliveries· Sending of reminders to customers / late payments· Creation and opening of customer accounts Database Updates· Filing and archiving· Follow-up of the billing process and participation in the elaboration of internal processesExperience / Qualifications· At least 3 years of experience in similar roles· Native Italian with an excellent English level mandatory, Spanish is a plus· You have a sense of responsibility and priorities.
  • You are autonomous, rigorous, organized, reactive and have a taste for challenge.· You have good interpersonal skills; you are able to evolve in a multicultural context.
  • You like teamwork.· You master the tools of the Pack Office and Google (Google Drive; Gmail, etc...) as well as the Mac environment.
