International Group operating in the Circular Economy providing recycling services to the Steel sector has mandated us to recruit a PRODUCTION MANAGER / PLANT MANAGER Location : Terni RIF.

H-1261 Role Reporting in at national and international level, the appointee will : Manage a production and maintenance team of 80 working 24 / 7 Ensure that the objectives of the production plan are met Manage a team of direct reports to include HSE and Maintenance Plan duty rosters, allocate resources, carry out monthly and annual planning Prepare budget forecast and report regularly to the on-site Client as well as to corporate Top Management Manage and develop the competence of the Direct Reports Ensure the highest standards regarding HSE to include risk evaluation, root-cause analysis Manage on-site Client relations;

manage Suppliers Manage Trade Union relations Liaise closely with national and international management to develop further sustainability in Italy Candidate Profile Degree-holder in Engineering or similar technical qualification preferred Solid manufacturing / operations management experience from within the steel sector or similar environment Ready to work a full working week and to be on-call when required Ready to live close to Terni Experienced in budget management and reporting Able to plan, organise, develop recommendations and oversee implementation Good communications and negotiation skills at different levels to include national and international stakeholders Experience in Trade Union relations management Experience working with Top Management Good / very good English in addition to fluent Italian Digitally literate, car driver Attentive to HSE Resilient Excellent Development Prospects in an Expanding International Group in Italy where People Matter I candidati interessati, d’ambo i sessi, sono pregati di inviare il curriculum vitae con espressa autorizzazione al trattamento dei dati personali (GDPR 679 / 2016)
