There is scope to be based in either our London or Milan offices. Reporting to the Head of Hotels Italy, this person will take responsibility for negotiating contracts for hotel product direct with suppliers in Italy (specific area dependent on experience / location).

  • Negotiating discounts of up to 70% with hotels in Italy
  • Identifying a pipeline of sales that offer a constant diversity of product across Italy, from country hotels and spas to chic and boutique in the city, from beach resorts to self-catering apartments
  • Manage all elements of the contracting process from target identification and initial contact right through to pricing, contract agreement and allocation management
  • A proven Contracts Manager with a track record of successful product roles
  • Experience of negotiating contracts with hotels in Italy is essential
  • Possess a black book of contacts for Italian hoteliers
  • Good knowledge of the domestic Italian travel market
  • Good knowledge of the inbound travel market
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to travel within Italy, or overseas when required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Salesforce a bonus
  • Excellent sales, business development and negotiation skills previous flash sale experience a bonus
