WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will be providing general and administrative support to Partners, Principals and Senior Managers, taking full responsibility for the maintenance of a demanding schedule while representing BCG to all internal and external contacts in a manner consistent with BCG’s value statement.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

  • Manage and maintain agendas and calendar
  • Coordinate point-to-point travel needs (car, flight, hotel, etc.)
  • Manage client calls, lead calls and a wide variety of general administrative calls
  • Organize and schedule client and internal meetings
  • Coordinate weekly timesheet and expense reports processing
  • Copy, print, collate, bind, and distribute case-related materials as required
  • Type letters, slide decks, memoranda, etc.
  • Develop working relationships with clients and client assistants to facilitate the information flow and scheduling process
  • Coordinate meetings, arrange conference bridges, reserve conference rooms, organize food service
  • Serve as a communication link amongst case team members
  • Team with other Executive Assistants and provide back-up assistance as needed
  • Ensure key presentations are prepared and meet deadlines
  • Maintain quality control by proofing work for errors, consistency, and format in accordance with BCG established guideline
  • Maintain highest levels of internal and external confidentiality
  • YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Excellent skills in Outlook,Word,PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English
  • Excellent level of written and spoken Italian
  • University degree is a plus
  • 3 / 4 years administrative / secretarial experience
