Direct Sales Planning & Reporting Analyst

Today we are looking for a Planning & Reporting Analyst , who will join the Reporting & Analytics Team in World Wide New Channels Sales Department, our corporate team that is delivering intelligence & analytics, strategical analysis, reporting dashboards and departure forecasting modelling for Direct Sales and Commercial Operations.
The person will be responsible of managing the whole production forecasting process for direct sales and will be involved in the other strategic activities of the Team / Department.
Creation & adjustment of budget and forecasting models to predict main business KPIs of Direct Sales by departure
Discussion of main assumptions, strategies and evaluation of impact with the key roles on Markets
Supporting the Management to keep worldwide structure informed and aligned on KPIs achievement
Produce strategic Reporting & Analysis on Direct Sales
Maintenance & enhancement of the automatic Reporting system interacting with Company Stakeholders (IT, Digital, Contact Center)
Supporting the Management in the fulfilment of strategic projects
Master’s Degree (Business, Economics, Engineering)
Strong organizational skills including ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent knowledge of English
High ability in understanding and creating forecasting and analysis model à knowledge of specific analysis tools would be a plus
Excellent level of Excel à IT basic development skills would be a plus
Experienced (at least 1 year) in Sales in similar sectors or in budget & forecasting roles
