The Processmanagement Expert guarantees to the Bank the se up and maintenance of endto end processes and procedures up to date.
Guarantees that processes and proceduresare implemented in line with law, policies and business requirements, embed thecontrols needed to minimize the inherent risks, are instrumental for a goodproduct governance and are well documented, also by participating in projectswhere needed.
Executethe following activities :
document local Bank processes, guaranteeingtheir mapping into local and global process taxonomies;
Define and update the inventory of the processleaders who, as responsible of the end to end processes, are the first contactpoint for their update, documentation and optimization;
Enable and facilitate the link of externalattributes to the processes, like Key Performance Indicators, applicable Lawsand Regulations, risk related attributes, CIA classifications and any othersdeemed useful for process analysis and optimization;
Support Process Leaders and Domain Owners todocument processes and rules and execute quality assurance on theirdeliverables (procedures, policies, governance manuals etc);
make sure thatsuch documents are properly validated, authorized and communicated to allinvolved people;
Take part in projects (traditional approach) andepics (Agile approach) and in small changes (traditional approach) and backlog(Agile approach) to assess their impact on Bank processes;
Guarantee the bank process knowledge.
Is involved in internationalworking tables, like Process Expert Group
Is Involvedin Italian Bank Association (ABI) working tables (Organization & Processes).
Excellent Italian and / or English writing skills,ensuring harmonized and coherent texts (Bank Documentation)
