    About the Role :

    We are looking for a Organization and Improvement Project Manager dedicated to Supply Chain and Plants Areas.

    Main Responsibilities :

  • The role aims to support the respective Organization & Improvement team in the definition and realization of the organizational development initiatives with regards to organizational structures, processes, operational models, improvement and transformation initiatives.
  • For the assigned Functions (i.e. Supply Chain and Plant Areas) the role is actively involved with the Function in the definition of the organizational strategy that best support the business strategy while ensuring consistent organizational design.
  • Acting like a super partes internal consultant, this position plays an important role during the analysis and design phase as much as along the implementation of the changes agreed with the business / Functions.
  • The work is performed in close collaboration with the business as much as with the entire HR family.
  • Main responsibilities : organizational development (including organizational strategy definition and process reengineering), change management, project management, improvement initiatives.
  • Requirements : Business Experience

    Business Experience

  • MSc in Business, Engineering or related;
  • 4-5 years of experience;
  • Strong methodological background to enable effectiveness working in a flexible environment and on multiple fronts;
  • Previous experience in management consulting companies and / or in FMCG knowledge (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) as a plus;
  • Previous experience in the operations (Operating planning, Product Innovations, Plants and / or Supply Chains both physical logistics management or supporting processes);
  • Ferrero Knowledge as a plus
  • Competences

  • Problem solving attitude and ability to relate with different organizational levels (from operative profiles to top management);
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to provide leadership to multiple disciplines in a large and complex organization;
  • Proactive attitude, result oriented, curious to learn, able to balance and execute on many initiatives in parallel.
  • IT Skills

  • MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • Languages

  • Italian native speaker, English Fluent
  • Any other language is a plus.
