The ProCare Contract Specialist is responsible for owning and driving in-country process for service contract renewals and warranty expirations, additional coverage, and generating contract revenue.
You will own inbound lead generation, lead nurturing and revenue generation. You will work closely with local Marketing and Sales leaders to build and create ROI’s (data and presentations), proposals, and strategies for presentation.
You will be responsible for increasing renewal and retention rates while growing year on year contract revenue.
Indirectly influence a team of sales representatives to manage new contracts and renewals, deliver quality service and ensure regulatory, compliance, and pricing expectations are met.
Develop yearly business plans focusing on a winning renewal strategy, including off manufacturer warranty in local market working cohesively with Marketing, Sales, and Technical Service leaders.
Attend customer meetings independently or jointly with sales, as needed, to provide expert understanding of products and services provided.
Work cohesively to educate Sales Representatives, team members and customers on service contract pricing and strategies.
Generate and communicate new leads to designated Sales Representatives
Develop and Manage Contract Renewal Strategy and increase renewal rate as specified in business objectives.
Develop and Manage New Build Warranty Expiration Strategy and Initiate contracts prior to expiration of warranty.
Track all leads and proposals in CRM or other tools to drive strategic execution and follow-up.
Manage corporate account service contracts with the Business Development team and be a point of contact for corporate procurement contacts.
Prepare complex multi-site proposals.
Work in partnership with Flex-Finance business manager on pricing for financed deals and manage revenue allocation process to ensure appropriate revenue recognition.
Manage local ProCare marketing activities including, the introduction of new products, SLA’s, exhibitions, trade shows and other related meetings.
Work with sales to promote Stryker in-house repair capabilities and educate sales representatives and customers on the benefits of Stryker Service versus third party options.
Perform system enhancements in conjunction with Stryker IT and the EU ProCare commercial analyst.
Ongoing data cleansing, ensuring opportunity for sales teams are accurate and assigned accordingly.
Must have a superb customer service ethic.
Proven track record of process innovation and for driving departmental improvements.
Excellent analytical , organisational and project management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with demonstrable influencing skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Oracle ERP, and SalesForce CRM preferred
Fluent in Italian and English
EDUCATION AND TRAINING
3+ years relevant experience required.
Minimum of bachelor’s degree
2+ years’ experience in sales, tele-sales, customer facing position preferred
