The role, within the HR Training, People Development & Engagement Department, will act as Project Manager for a specific stream of the Engagement Project and will support the following activities :
We are looking for candidates with a brilliant international academic career and 3-5 years of experience in a People Development or HR Transformation role.
Previous or actual experience in a Consultancy Firm is required.
The ideal candidate has an expertise on HR processes and on innovative development methodologies.
Knowledge of SAP HCM & Success Factors are an asset; proficiency of MS Office tools (in particular in Excel) is required.
Good relational skills, analytical and organizational capabilities, flexibility and entrepreneurship will complete the profile.
Availability to travel and English expertise are a must.
