We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Journey Expert to be engaged in our Marketing Automation area, within the Marketing Department, in order to lead the Marketing Automation & Campaign team for omni-

channel Customer Journey definition, implementation and activation according to business needs and working with all other departments involved (i.

e. IT, Customer Care, Customer Experience, ).

All interaction data will be analysed in order to maximize customer experience supporting the continuous improvement of each interaction of each journey.

Working with the intelligence team each journey will be evaluated and customized for each cluster of users identified.

  • Support our customer and prospect interaction strategy implementing effective journeys
  • Work with :
  • business teams in order to define together the journey brief with all the information required for its implementation and activation
  • campaign team in order to define cluster definition rules, extractions and updates frequency
  • communication team in order to collect all journey’s contents for each channel (i.e. dem, sms, )
  • IT department in order to correctly implement contents and activate channels
  • Implement journeys on Sales Force Marketing Cloud
  • Create and automate journey performance reports
  • Advice business owners in order to create new journeys or update current ones using insights from journey results and / or from Intelligence analysis
  • Skills

  • Degree in economics or quantitative discipline
  • 5 / 6 years of relevant experience in campaign or marketing management
  • Relevant experience in projects with complex activities, able to deal with deadlines, focused on deliverables and priorities management
  • Team and people management
  • Analytical reasoning abilities, intellectual curiosity, strong business acumen, innovation passionate and creativity in problem solving
  • Passion for and appreciation of a fast-paced environment that embraces frequent change and rewards skillful balancing of many simultaneous priorities
  • Highly developed analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
