    PRIMARY FUNCTION :

  • The KM Manger secure the systematic management of organization's knowledge assets for the purpose of creating value and meeting tactical & strategic requirements;
  • he / she will take all the initiatives in order to improve, processes, strategies, and systems that sustain and enhance the storage, assessment, sharing, refinement, and creation of knowledge.

    This in order to share, activate and increase the knowledge to generate a faster acting and more innovative organization.

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Redesign the current knowledge management process as well as design new knowledge distribution policies and encourage use of new practices
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of the new knowledge management programs by observing its usage and evaluate its impact in terms of the organizational benefits
  • He / she will be the Pillar Leader of KM PILLAR in the WCE (World Class Engineering) program adopted in Commercial Vehicles
  • Interact with all departments (into PD&E and outside PD&E) and also with supplier in order answer the queries about the knowledge management products and practices
  • Utilize the knowledge base resources and design training modules in order to help the company resources to access knowledge management tools
  • Encourage the workers to share knowledge effectively and efficiently; transform implicit into explicit knowledge;
  • He / She will have the responsibility to maintain update the Standards according to the Process, Time, Contents;
  • QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS :

  • Degree in Engineering / Technician
  • Fluent English, written and oral
  • Strong problem solver with solid analytical skills
  • Depth information of database maintained by the organization
  • He / She should have good communication skills and expert planning skills
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Ability to maintain constructive work relationships with the employees of all the departments; seniors as well juniors
  • Leadership quality and ability to supervise and guide employees
