Responsible for Alipay user penetration within both payment and tax refund business across EMEA region
Drive targeted payment marketing campaign by working with country managers and regional marketing team as well as headquarter.
Lead and mentor team members in the design, implementation and monitoring phase of the marketing campaign.
Look after the Tax Refund business including business development, marketing and operation to achieve high user activeness.
Work with the Key Account Operations and Management team on developing the content strategy based on the offers provided by Key Accounts.
Optimise our digital channels on daily basis to increase ROI.
At least 3 years of experience in business development & traffic growth and optimisation.
Understand how to integrate partner management, marketing operations, , and consumer service to enhance transaction amount.
A successful track record of creating and implementing marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Chinese speaking is a must; French, German or Italian speaking is desirable.
Ability to influence and negotiate with internal stakeholders and third party vendors to achieve objectives.
Self-motivated, hands on and able to multi-task across a range of programs in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
BS / BA in Marketing or related field.
