  • Contract Renewal management. Keep, cross-sell and up-sell contracts in current installed base under contract
  • Negotiate contracts for End of Warranty / Warranty extension equipments.
  • Realize additional revenue by generating contracts for customers with equipments not under contract
  • Partner and build long-term relationships with external customers.
  • Manage external competitive pressures & discounts
  • Discuss and negotiate contracts, conditions and discounts with customers in line with defined pricing and discounting rules;
  • dynamically with the value selling required to win deals

  • High volume of customer contacts through phone and email each day (telesales), but visit key customers in case of significant quotation values / key accounts
  • Give accurate sales forecasting (weekly and even daily)
  • Utilize available CRM tools to research accounts and detect new business opportunities
  • Define and report KPIs to measure initiatives’ success (renewal rates, etc.).
  • Partnerships with other company stakeholders to implement continuous improvement in sales process
  • Support European strategic initiatives for Service Sales development
  • Work with Service Managers in countries Liase for contracts negotiation.
  • Work with SHR Team Leaders Operations and Q&D to identify and support the implementation of new outbound Service initiatives
  • Qualifications

    Attribute / Skill / Experience

  • Ability to recognize pro-active revenue streams within operations, construct a plan and ensure implementation
  • High-level Telemarketing Sales, ability to sell and promote service contracts products & Successful record of Distribution or Sales / Service Team membership & Customer focused mentality
  • Strong leadership and communications sound business acumen
  • SAP- and Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Forecasting methodology awareness
  • Understanding of importance of standardized processes & Tenders process awareness
  • Financial skills, understanding of basic finance and service profit / loss
  • Technical Product Knowledge
  • Fluency in Italian, English and Spanish is required & Language knowledge in Portuguese is nice to have
  • Tenacity / Do What It Takes & Ability to plan own work and work unsupervised
  • Effective Time Management and Personal Organization & Teamwork competency
  • Mindset, demonstrate proactive approach to given task & quick problem-solving ability
