Supply Chain Business Analyst
Hartmann Italy, the Italian branch of Hartmann Group (German health care listed company), is looking for a Supply Chain Business Analyst to be included in the SCM Team of the Company and to be based in the head offices in Verona.
As Business Analyst you will assess business processes and related data points and identify improvement areas, both of operational and strategic nature.
Guide the SCM organization in taking decision, actions, and make priorities based on facts and data, increase the degree of automation in analytics and decision-making, and provide conclusions and recommendations to management for strategic directions.
You will also perform requirements analysis with partners and cooperate with process managers and data engineers to deliver, optimize, and implement solutions.
Your area of responsibility :
Manage digitalization and automation initiatives and other process improvement activities related to supply chain, inventory management, forecasting, planning and analytics.
Including projects and short terms tasks, as well as researching external sources and benchmarks.
You will in this role report to Head of Supply Chain and work in close relationship with Demand / Logistics manager.
Desired Skills & Experience :
Proven good command of English.
At least 4 years proven experience from analytics, project management within supply chain and logistics environment.
