We are hiring a Indirect Channel Senior Manager to our Client Sales team in Milan !


Reporting to the Country Manager of Italy, you will be in charge of creating and managing the new business unit of Indirect Channels.

Among your responsibilities, you will :

  • Conduct market research and analysis, design a business plan and sales strategy
  • Take care of the implementation of plans, programs, and campaigns. Ensure the achievement of the agreed targets, taking the necessary corrective actions when there are negative deviations to the planned results and targets.
  • Facilitate and lead key meetings with partners across a broad scope, encompassing introductions, commercial agreements, planning, and projects.
  • Ensuring clarity and accuracy of information flowing to and from the supplier and the subsequent communications to the client base.

  • Driving and improving sales revenue and delivering profitable growth by promoting the growing capabilities of our offerings in Italy.
  • Understand Gympass global strategy and use this knowledge cross-functionally and locally to help increase Gympass’ value to its clients.
  • Provide professional leadership and coordination of the operations. Develop general and specific sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Continually seek and take advantage of opportunities to network with partners at external / industry forums
  • Help find opportunities and potential threats for the Italian market. Promote Gympass and building visibility and awareness within the market.
  • Contribute to an organization culture in which performance and values matter.

  • A dynamic leader with 6 years'+ experience in management consulting firms , strategic business development experience in a start-up or large corporate firm.
  • Previous experience in the welfare industry is a plus.

  • You have a strong Bachelor's and Master’s degree
  • You have Native level of Italian and fluent level of English
  • Excellent communicator with outstanding relationship skills and presentation skills. You have extensive stakeholder management experience, and you are able to navigate complex corporate structures
  • Exceptional negotiator, comfortable facing off to senior-level executives at multinational clients
  • Strategic thinker with great problem solving and analytical skills, ability to understand RoI
  • You have advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills. Ability to use Salesforce and Tableau would be a plus.
