as Controller (m / f / d)
Set and prepare ad hoc KPI to track the performance of the various businesses in order to perform in all daily activities an approach based on analysis by identifying and report any deviations of Actual vs Plan / Forecast / Previous Year and any critical issues and risks, both for Distribution and Workshop
Report, control and analyze data of the top-line with focus on Gross Sales / Rebates / Direct Variable Margin by Sales Group / Product / Customers, for Actual / Plan / Forecast with deep margin deviation analysis by Price / Volume / Mix
Lead local and group projects from a controlling perspective, introducing new analysis / reports in order to present company performance, being at the same time a solid partner for an improved efficiency with the automatization / digitalization of the actual processes
Collect, report and monitor company Capex for Actual / Plan / Forecast, collaborating with Non- Production Material department and present the picture to the management in ad hoc meeting
Be responsible for the LRD Transfer Prices analysis
Your profile as Controller (m / f / d)
University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent. At least 3 / 5 years in the controlling department of a multinational company or in a financial consultancy / auditing firm
Excellent knowledge of the MS Office (with an emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint); SAP and BW knowledge is a plus
Ability to work with large amounts of data, diligence and accuracy to express key findings in an effective way
Analytical skills with very good work organization and with proactive approach
Italian fluent, English fluent, written and verbal; German is a plus
