RESPONSIBILITIES : As a Senior Associate you will work on a variety of assignments, including business enterprise valuations, purchase price allocations, intellectual property valuations, stock option valuations, and dispute consulting. Role duties include :

  • Researching target industries, market and competitor information
  • Interviewing clients, including face-to-face meetings, to gather data and information pertinent to the engagement
  • Working with management with build and maintain client relationships
  • Identifying and communicating potential engagements to management and writing engagement letters
  • Assisting in building budgets
  • Reporting and presenting analyses and conclusions including written reports
  • REQUIREMENTS :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Advisory Firm specializing in the valuation of companies, intangible assets, financial assets and liabilities, with experience in constructing and reviewing valuation models and other financial and statistical models including : DCF, income method, comparable company and transaction methods, excess earning method.
  • Additional knowledge of Italian civil code and tax regulations and a professional accreditation such as Chartered Accountant (Dottore Commercialista) and Statutory Auditor (Revisore Legale) will be considered a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics from an accredited college / university.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities
  • Experience working with diverse teams
  • Knowledge of software packages including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
