Reporting directly to our Head of Global Client Services, you will join our Omnichannel and Client Services department.
The Internship is focused on supporting the roll-out of the Global Client Services projects and on the implementation at Regional level for Ecommerce and Retail / Omnichannel projects with particular attention in client experience.
The role is based in our Headquarters near Florence, home to many corporate departments of our Company. You will join an enthusiastic, dynamic and highly multicultural team.
Support the Global Client Services team on defining the roadmap and governance of the project, as well as on the operational execution, with strong links with the Regional counterparts
Track and monitor the roadmap of Global Client Services projects and their evolution
Following up with various teams on the progress and status of all activities related to the Project Plan
Regular reporting and ad-hoc KPIS analysis and benchmarks for all Global Client Services team members
Support in preparation of documentation to update WW and Regional Top Management teams
Set up of regular internal update meetings, of Steering Committees with Regional and WW Top Management (agenda setting and material preparation)
