Within the Global Technology Services division of London Stock Exchange Group, Client Technology Services is the department that is in charge of Customer Relationship Management and Support.
The Customer Relationship Management Technology team :
provides specialist business support and management advice to customers’ businesses and oversees the collection of customers’ feedback and requirements;
interacts with Italian and international customers (Trading Participant, Software and Data Vendors) with a strong consultancy approach;
organizes conventions and client events, presentation to customers of London Stock Exchange Group products, services and projects;
is the point of reference for other London Stock Exchange Group divisions, departments and teams (Capital Markets, Information Services, etc.
for all IT and clients related topics;
participates to complex and large-scale projects, interaction with inter-departmental and international teams;
identifies new commercial opportunities.
As Customer Relationship Manager, you will :
provide client consultancy and intelligence, managing relationship and interacting with customers;
manage client communications, execute trainings, demos, being able to describe to and train customers on the London Stock Exchange Group technology products and services;
interact with other divisions / departments / teams to ensure customer satisfaction and the completion of the assigned tasks;
participate to projects ensuring all the activities under the team responsibility are under control and completed on time always with a high level of quality;
ensure client readiness in case of introduction of new services or delivery of changes to existing ones;
provide analysis and implementation of new customers and business requirements;
help the team to identify commercial opportunities.
Required skills :
Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Economics, Finance or Business Administration;
At least 2 years of work experience in information technology, preferably in the financial sector (in institutions like banks or brokers or within software vendors or data vendors);
Fluency in both spoken and written English;
Strong organizational and analytical skills;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (Word, Power Point, Excel);
Excellent team working attitude;
Very good communication skills;
Being customer and result oriented;
Flexibility to travel.
